So I followed it, and added blue apatite beside the black tourmaline.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBlack tourmaline is a stone people have long carried for grounding and protection. Blue apatite is a stone linked with calm focus and self-expression. Together they felt right to me, a steadiness and a quiet opening, the way you'd want to be held and still have room to breathe.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis necklace isn't treatment nor is it medicine. It's something to wear, made by someone who loves a person with this diagnosis, for someone who does as well. The care that helps is the care of his doctors and the people around him.
