Change your mind?
We offer exchanges and returns for your mala or other accessories within 30 days of your purchase date. Please let us know why you are returning your item by email or including a note. You're responsible for any shipping or postal fees you incur when shipping returns and exchanges back to us.
Please choose a prepaid, insured, traceable delivery service and mail your package to the address below.
For exchanges, please include a note with your package indicating what you would like in exchange, and clearly indicate the return address. You are also required to cover the cost of shipping your new product back you. We can charge or refund any difference to your credit card or PayPal account if you have one on file with us.

We will not accept returns or exchanges on used or worn product.
If something went wrong
We are happy to restring your mala for free if it breaks within the first 60 days because in all honesty, we use really strong stranded wire and sound jewelry-making techniques so it shouldn't be breaking. After 60 days, we're happy to restring your mala for a fee of $25 (plus tax if you live in Illinois).
You can arrange to repair your mala at our website. Just add the Mala Repair to your cart and check out. Then send your mala using the method and to the address in the preceding section.

Our 60-day guarantee
If your mala breaks within 60 days of your purchase date, we will restring it without any charges. You'll need to send it back to us using a prepaid, insured, traceable delivery service and mail your package to the address above. We'll restring it and then mail it back to you at our expense. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we know to look out for it.
