- First class - $3.50
- Priority - $7.00
- Heavy packages - $10.00
- Exact shipping rates via the U.S. Postal Service will be calculated for you at checkout, based on shipping weight and speed. International shipping costs are high enough without us tacking on a handling cost, right?
- IMPORTANT: First class and priority packages will be shipped at YOUR risk only. The U.S. Postal Service cannot track packages in foreign countries, so they don't allow us to purchase insurance. The exception is if you choose a medium or large Priority box or Express service - both of which are very costly. We are terribly sorry that we can't take responsibility for making sure your package reaches you. We will, however, provide proof that your package was shipped and provide a tracking number.
International orders passing through Customs may move quickly or not so much.
Your order may have import duties and taxes charged to it. This is decided by customs officials once a shipment reaches your country. You can contact your local customs office for specific amounts and percentages. We can't control nor be responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package, but we'll clearly, accurately, and comprehensively label the package to ensure your order moves through customs as smoothly as possible.
International orders are subject to duties and taxes billed by your country’s customs department upon arrival. Duty, customs tariffs, taxes, and VAT are set by your country. Sacred Skaia is not responsible for any duties, customs, tariffs, taxes and VATs applied to your package.
You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance if they occur. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.
If you refuse a shipment from us, you'll be responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your refund. If that exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.
Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages up to six weeks. So far, we've only seen delays of up to three weeks.
